Tastes of the World
On Thursday, October 3rd, at 2:00 pm in the dining room, both staff and residents are invited to join us in for our very first “Tastes of the World “food event. We will be celebrating Latin foods and serving tacos and empanadas. An eclectic variety of fresh tacos and meat pies will be served to all who attend. Meat, chicken, soft, hard, spicy, and sweet tacos will be on hand, along with ice-cold Coca-Cola to wash everything down. Please join us in the dining room for the tasty tacos and empanadas served with love.
Halloween Party
On Thursday, October 31st, at 2:00 pm in the dining room, residents and staff are invited to participate in our annual Halloween Party. Residents and staff are encouraged to come in costume and listen to our DJ spin spooky songs and dance to “The Monster Mash”. Creepy and colorful cupcakes will be served with an autumnal witch’s brew to wash the refreshments down. Come for the Ghoulish get-together and stay for the fun and fellowship.
October Birthdays
On Friday, October 16th, at 3:00 pm in the dining room, staff, residents, and family members are invited to celebrate our October Birthdays. Residents with a birthday in October will be honored with dignity, respect and a carvel ice cream cake. Please come to the party and show your support, chat with your favorite resident or family member, and have a slice of heaven from our carvel ice cream cake.
As we practice proper social distancing protocols in our community, we are proud to feature modified programming to continue providing vibrancy for our residents and employees.
