Deborah completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Management at Pratt Institute (NY), and a Master of Science in Dietetics at Indiana State University. She has worked in this field for the past 22 years - teaching Food and Nutrition for ten years in Barbados. Chatting, interacting with the residents, and working alongside colleagues are her favorite reasons for loving what she does. She enjoys going to the movies, watching news channels and Chinese dramas with (closed captions).
